Deposit / Payment Policy

First payable night's accommodation cost will be processed at time of booking, the balance of the total cost of the booking will be charged 3 days / 72 hours prior to check-in time (14:00 hrs) of day of arrival.

Terms & Conditions:
1. No smoking is permitted inside of the property.
2. No pets are permitted, anywhere on the property.
3. We ask that you think of others and are quiet between 9.30pm & 8am.
4. No parties or events are permitted.
5. Maximum number of guests is as stated for the Chalet, no exceptions.
6. Please ensure you have included the correct number of guests in your booking. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are permitted unless advised of additional guests and extra charges are paid on arrival. If you use more beds than the number of guests paid for, you will be charged an additional guest fee of $30 per night. 
7. Leave the Chalet tidy, wash dry & put away all dishes including clearing dishwasher prior to departure otherwise additional cleaning may be charged.
8. You will be responsible for any damage to the property or loss of inventory provided. 
9. The credit card provided acts as surety for payment and reimbursement of costs should any of the above be breached.

Chalet name & access details will be sent after payment is confirmed.
 

Cancellation Policy

When a booking is cancelled on the property website up to 7 day/s (168 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) - deposit refunded including cost of Value Added Items (if selected) (no cancellation fees).
